What's involved?
The process takes around 5 minutes once your child is happy and comfortable. We take away the film for processing, email you to advise that the still images from your child's movie are ready to preview and you decide if you wish to purchase. Its very simple and fun! What can I wear?
Please do not wear green. Toys/Teddy's etc can be brought along and can also star in the film if they are not green.
Can you film two children at once?
Not yet. We hope to do so in the not too distant future. If we are filming siblings we are happy to discuss a bespoke package with you.
How do you do it?
We film your child in a seat with a steering wheel. The rest is digital magic placing your child in the computer-generated vehicle and inside their own Mini Movie!
When will my film be ready?
Within a few days we will normally send you an email to let you know your unique and secure password protected web page is ready and available for you to see the images from the movies starring your child. Should you decide to purchase the film please allow 28 days for delivery but we aim to dispatch all films within a week.
Can I pay online?
Yes you can using all common card types.
Are my payments secure?
We do not take your credit card details ourselves. Instead the payment is processed by PayPal who are leading suppliers of on-line card processing transactions. See the link below to their website for more information. Secure payments via PayPal: www.paypal.com
Can I order more than one film?
Yes you can. We have only filmed your child once so the footage is the same even if you purchase more than one film but the movie is completely different. However, because the footage of your child is the same we offer a discount for additional movies purchased.
Can I purchase the still images?
Yes you can. See the shopping cart for options when you preview your child's film. We offer a variety of options including posters and calendars.
How much does it cost?
DVDs start at £14.99 for one film. There are a variety of options and significant discounts for buying additional copies and additional movies.
How soon do I have to buy?
Films are usually permanently deleted after 10 days if not purchased.
I bought something but I have a problem. What do I do?
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. This paragraph covers that possibility. If you are not wholly satisfied with the Product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity:
exactly what is the fault;
the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent;
when and how you discovered the fault;
how the fault affected your use of the Goods;
DVDs are supplied in the –R format. Surveys indicate that these are compatible with over 90% of DVD players. Those DVD players, which do not play these disks, are generally older models.
